Beijing '08 Re-Launch Website
BEIJING, CHINA - The 2008 Olympics website has recently been redesigned and has a new look. The redesigned Beijing website includes updated venue pages, with additional venue renditions of the National Aquatics Center, and photos of the Shunyi Olympic Rowing - Canoe Park, where the 10km Open Water Swimming event will be swum.

Beijing 2008: Volunteer Sign-Up Goes International

BEIJING, CHINA--The 2008 Olympic organizers have opened volunteer sign-up for to individuals outside of China, and will be accepting applications through March 2008. Basic requirements include being able to speak Chinese at conversational level (if not a native speaker).

Beijing '08 Ticket Website Launched

BEIJING, CHINA--A ticket website for the 2008 Olympics in Beijing is now online. The website launched last week is for Chinese residents to begin the process of buying tickets for the Games, and includes ticket information as well as pre-registration information. Tickets will begin going on sale next month, for the first of 3 phases of ticket sales: April-June 2007, October-December 2007, and April-September 2008.

Beijing 2008 Olympic Games Ticket Information
The price range for swimming tickets at the National Aquatics Center are ¥100-800 (approx. US$13-104); tickets for the open water competition at the Shunyi Olympic Rowing-Canoeing Park are ¥30 ($4).
